A simple design incorporating a buckle to apply extra pressure over the forearm muscles. Can be used for either tennis elbow (outside of arm) or golfers elbow (inside of elbow).
The golden rule for any elbow support is to make sure you have got it in the optimal position. It's easy to do, but so many people don't bother and then wonder why they are still in pain. So, all you need to do is find some activity that hurts, e.g picking up a briefcase. Put the brace on and repeat the action. Adjust the brace if necessary and continue trying different positions to optimise the position of the brace. Even a few millimetres change can often make quite a difference.
