Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Currently we are only able to accept orders from the UK customers and delivery must be to the cardholders address.

 
Shipping And Handling:

Delivery is charged at £2.50 per order unless your total order is over £45 and then it is FREE. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Delivery Schedule:

 You should normally expect to receive your order within 3 -4 days although on rare occasions it can take up to 10 days. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us to let us know.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. 

Credit Card Security:

Your Credit Card and personal details are completely safe as we use two secure third party credit card services (Worldpay & Paypal) to authorise and process all card payments. When you get to the payment stage of our checkout process you will transfer to their secure server to enter your card details and have payment confirmed. Transmission and processing are done using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer, the industry standard security protocol). We do not hold or see any details of your actual credit card.

You can confirm the secure status of their payment server from the small padlock that appears at the bottom of your browser screen when it is active and by seeing that the URL of the website in your browser has changed from "http://..." to "https://...". You can double-click the padlock icon to verify the security registration.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

We will only use your personal information to process your order and send you information you have requested. We do not pass on ANY personal details to ANYONE else for ANY reason whatsoever or do mailings or promotions on behalf of ANY other business..

Returns Policy:

Once satisfactory delivery has been taken, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You may return any item purchased from us for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and must be returned with the receipt. We suggest you obtain a proof of posting when returning any items so you may make a claim with your carrier should the parcel go missing, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the product was found to be faulty.
