This is the original orthaheel orthotic designed to fit regular mens and womens (flat) shoes. Like the other orthaheel orthotics in the range, it's designed to assist the relief of heel pain, knee pain, back pain, aching legs and a variety of foot problems.
For the technically minded it supports the foot around it's neutral position via a 4 degree built in varus rearfoot angle, and also correctly aligns the 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsals.

These orthotics are the No 1 selling over the counter orthotic in the UK, and no wonder when you see the quality. There are cheaper alternatives on the market (and more expensive ones!!) but for sheer value for money the orthaheel is difficult to beat.
We recommend them in the clinic to help treat heel pain (plantar fasciitis), shin pain, knee pain and even back pain. Remember that each pair are not designed to be permanent and you should expect them to last 12 -18 months before they will need replacing.
